A detailed interior clean after the final stay of the season, with attention to the kitchen, bathroom, storage, windows and floors listed in your quote. Drain-down and technical winterisation are not included in CSC's cleaning service.

Caravan Clean & Condition Report

An agreed clean with a visual inspection before and after.

A detailed interior clean with a deliberate room-by-room visual inspection before and after cleaning, recorded findings, a written condition report and dated photographs. The quote states the inspection areas, any basic operating checks, what Carol may open or move, the report recipient and delivery deadline. CSC does not accept a property handover, certify safety or condition, decide fault or guarantee owner or park acceptance. Hidden defects may not be identified.

Carpet Cleaning

A detailed clean beyond routine vacuuming.

Carpet extraction added to a deep clean or booked as a separate visit. Carol will check the carpet type and condition before quoting; stain removal and drying times vary.
